AdsRender AI is operated by PixelVibe Information Technology INC ("we"). This policy explains the $1 trial, the first full-plan charge, and how to stop future renewals.
1. Trial price and duration
Every Starter, Growth, and Pro plan starts with a $1 trial in USD. The trial lasts three days for monthly plans and one day for quarterly and annual plans. Checkout shows the trial length, renewal amount, and renewal date before you pay. Review those details rather than assuming all billing periods have the same trial.
The trial begins when a completed payment checkout activates access. If checkout only records your selected plan and billing period without completing payment, it records a checkout intent only: no paid trial, subscription, or automatic charge begins.
2. What happens when the trial ends
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged the full plan price for your chosen billing period. The $1 payment is a trial fee, not the ongoing subscription price. The first full-plan charge and later renewals use the billing interval you selected.
- Monthly: billed once each month.
- Quarterly: billed every three months for three times the displayed monthly equivalent.
- Annual: billed yearly for twelve times the displayed monthly equivalent.
The applicable price is shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Checkout discloses the full renewal amount and applicable taxes; a monthly equivalent does not mean quarterly or annual purchases are charged monthly. When you purchase, our third-party payment provider processes payments; we do not store full card numbers.
3. Canceling before renewal
Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected] with your account email and cancellation request. If account controls are unavailable, email us before the deadline. We honor requests received before trial expiry even if our reply comes later. Retain your confirmation or sent email.
Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the trial or paid period already purchased. Logging out, uninstalling an integration, or not using credits does not cancel a subscription. Requesting cancellation does not automatically request a refund or delete your account.
4. Eligibility, credits, and plan changes
One trial is allowed per person and payment method. We may refuse repeated or abusive trial attempts. Do not create multiple accounts or rotate payment methods to bypass this limit; the Fair Use Policy applies.
A trial may include a limited number of credits, as shown at checkout. It does not promise unrestricted generation or every plan feature. Plan credit allowances refresh each billing cycle as disclosed at checkout; unused plan credits do not roll over. If credit packs are offered, their validity is shown at purchase. Upgrades take effect immediately after you confirm the disclosed charges; downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.
5. Refunds and help
The $1 trial fee is non-refundable except where required by law or in case of an error. If you cancel and request a refund within seven days of an automatic renewal charge, including the first full-plan charge after the trial, and have not used credits from the new billing period, you are eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy. Duplicate or incorrect charges and service failures are corrected or refunded as appropriate.
