Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

AdsRender AI is operated by PixelVibe Information Technology INC, a Wyoming corporation, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and contact

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you visit AdsRender AI, create an account, select a plan, contact us, or use available generation features and integrations. References to generation or purchases apply when those features are enabled; viewing a preview does not mean payment or generation has occurred.

For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or write to our registered office above. Our Terms govern service use. This policy does not replace privacy notices of independent websites or services you choose to connect.

2. Information you provide

We receive this information from you, from activity in your account, and, where relevant, from payment or generation providers reporting the status of your requests. Do not send support passwords, full payment-card details, security codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Technical information and cookies

Our servers and security providers process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, requested URLs, and security or error information needed to operate and protect the site. Server-side sessions maintain login state. We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies or pixels on AdsRender AI.

You can remove or block cookies through your browser, but signing in or submitting protected forms may stop working. These necessary cookies are not a basis for behavioral advertising. If we introduce non-essential cookies or pixels, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent where required before using them.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends Google your IP address and request information when requesting those fonts. Cloudflare also processes IP addresses and request metadata to provide CDN and security services. These network requests occur even though we do not operate advertising or analytics tracking.

4. Why we use data

We use personal data to create and authenticate accounts; send verification and password-reset emails; remember checkout selections; provide requested generation and storage features; manage credits and subscriptions; respond to support; prevent abuse; moderate content; secure the service; and meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are:

Providing an email and authentication information is necessary for an account. Content is necessary for the generation you request. An optional name is not required. If you do not provide information needed for a feature, we may be unable to provide that feature; this does not make unrelated optional information mandatory.

5. AI generation, custom avatars, and voices

When you use generation features, relevant inputs and associated request information are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce outputs. Providers may differ by feature or selected model. Inputs and outputs undergo automated content moderation, and authorized people may review flagged material, complaints, or suspected abuse. Review is limited to service, safety, support, and legal needs.

Face images, video, and voice samples can be biometric-like or sensitive personal data; their legal classification depends on how they are processed. We use custom-avatar and custom-voice materials only to create and provide that user's avatar or voice, not for unrelated identification or advertising. We do not use customer inputs or outputs to train our own models without consent.

Create a custom avatar only of yourself or someone who has given explicit written consent. Obtain equivalent permission for custom voices, retain proof, and ensure the person understands the intended processing and use. Where applicable law requires separate explicit consent to sensitive-data processing, that consent must be obtained before processing. Do not upload another person's likeness simply because it is publicly available.

You or the person represented may request deletion of custom-avatar or voice materials by emailing us. We delete these materials on request or account deletion, subject to narrowly required legal or fraud-prevention records, and seek relevant provider deletion where needed. Withdrawing required consent stops future use of the affected feature. Copies you already published outside AdsRender AI are not automatically removed from those other services.

Third-party AI providers have their own applicable processing, retention, and service terms. Our own-model training commitment does not mean every provider has identical rules. Contact us before submitting sensitive or confidential content if you need details about the provider used for a particular feature.

6. Providers and other disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy:

Authorized personnel and professional advisers may access information needed for support, compliance, accounting, or legal matters. We may disclose information to meet a valid legal obligation, protect people and systems, investigate fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. Any disclosure in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer remains subject to applicable privacy law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not make customer content public merely because it is uploaded. You control whether to publish outputs or send them to external platforms; those platforms then process them under their own rules.

7. International transfers

Our operator is in the United States, our application and database are hosted in the United States, and providers may process information in other countries. These locations may have privacy laws different from your country of residence. Using the service may therefore involve international transfers; accepting these Terms is not itself a substitute for a required transfer safeguard.

Where required, we put appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards in place. For restricted EEA or UK transfers, these may include approved standard contractual clauses, the applicable UK transfer addendum or agreement, or another valid mechanism, with additional measures where required. Contact us for information about relevant destinations and safeguards or to request a copy, subject to necessary redactions.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data except records needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes. Retained exceptions are limited to what the purpose requires and are not a reason to keep all account content indefinitely.

Content is kept as needed to provide your account's available generation and library features, subject to deletion requests and the custom-avatar and voice rules above. Checkout selections are retained while relevant to your account and requested service. Transaction and dispute records may need longer retention under applicable law.

Server logs have short retention appropriate to security and troubleshooting. Relevant incident evidence may be retained longer where needed to investigate abuse or meet legal obligations. Deletion may require processing time across providers; any residual backup copies, if present, are restricted until removed through the applicable deletion or backup cycle. Ask us about retention for a particular record.

9. Security

We use measures designed to protect personal data, including Argon2id password hashing, server-side sessions, HttpOnly login cookies, request-forgery protection, and access restrictions. No internet service or transmission is completely secure. Keep your credentials private and report suspected compromise to [email protected]. Where required, we will notify affected people or authorities of a personal-data breach.

10. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy of eligible information, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it. These rights are subject to lawful exceptions, including required recordkeeping and protection of others' rights.

Email [email protected] from your account address and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate verification, not unnecessary identity documents. An authorized agent may act where allowed by law, subject to verification of authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful extension, refusal, or available appeal. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR provide rights including access, erasure, portability, objection, and complaints to your local supervisory authority. California's CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, provides rights including knowing, accessing, correcting, and deleting personal information, and opting out of sale or sharing; we do neither. Rights to limit sensitive-information use apply where the statutory conditions are met. You may contact the relevant regulator without contacting us first.

11. Children and policy changes

AdsRender AI is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect account information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

We will update this page when our practices change and give additional notice of material changes where required. New purposes requiring consent will not be authorized merely by publishing an update. See our Refund Policy, Trial Policy, Fair Use Policy, and pricing page for related service information.
