Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

AdsRender AI is operated by PixelVibe Information Technology INC, a Wyoming corporation (Wyoming filing number 2026-001976260), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of AdsRender AI.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or using AdsRender AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; references to "you" include that business.

The Trial Policy, Refund Policy, and Fair Use Policy form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Mandatory applicable law prevails over conflicting provisions. Specific purchase disclosures govern the price, billing period, and entitlements of your order, but cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights.

2. The service and availability

AdsRender AI provides tools for creating advertising content, which may include UGC-style videos with AI avatars, product-in-hand videos, cinematic or animated videos, image ads, AI Flows, a Content Library, and API or MCP access. Features are available only when enabled for your account and plan. A preview or coming-soon description does not mean a feature is currently available.

Products are digital and delivered online; no physical goods are shipped. Paid access or credits are normally made available electronically after payment confirmation. Generation takes additional processing time and may depend on capacity, moderation, and third-party availability. We do not promise a particular completion time or advertising result unless expressly agreed in writing.

If checkout only records a selected plan and billing period and does not complete a payment, it records a checkout intent only. It does not start a paid trial, create a paid subscription, or authorize a charge. Purchase and renewal provisions apply when you complete a payment checkout.

3. Your account and security

Provide an accurate email address and keep your account details current. Protect your password, sessions, API credentials, and connected services. Do not share an account or resell access unless a written enterprise agreement allows it. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for securing devices and integrations under your control.

Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or billing activity. We may verify account ownership before acting on sensitive requests and may temporarily restrict access to protect you or the service. Never send passwords, full card details, or security codes to support.

4. Plans, prices, and payments

Starter, Growth, and Pro plans may be purchased with monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. The applicable price is the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A displayed monthly equivalent is not necessarily the amount charged: quarterly subscriptions are billed every three months for three monthly equivalents, and annual subscriptions are billed yearly for twelve monthly equivalents.

Checkout identifies the currency, billing period, total charge, applicable taxes, trial terms, and renewal details before payment. When you purchase, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize the disclosed initial payment and recurring payments for your selected subscription until cancellation. Your bank may impose its own currency-conversion or other fees.

Keep payment information current through the payment provider's supported process. A failed payment may interrupt paid access; we will not treat an unsuccessful checkout as a completed purchase. Any authorized payment retries remain subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Credits are not money, a deposit, or a transferable payment instrument.

5. The $1 trial and automatic renewal

Every plan starts with a $1 trial in USD: three days for monthly plans and one day for quarterly and annual plans. Checkout shows the trial length, renewal amount, and renewal date before you pay. The trial begins when the completed checkout activates trial access. Any included trial credits are limited to the amount shown at checkout.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged the full plan price for the chosen billing period. It then renews at that interval until canceled. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable except where required by law or in case of an error. One trial is allowed per person and payment method; repeated or abusive trial attempts may be refused.

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. If account controls are unavailable, email us before the trial deadline. A cancellation request received before that deadline will be honored even if our reply comes later. See the Trial Policy for details.

6. Subscription changes, cancellation, and credits

Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the trial or paid period already purchased, unless suspension is justified under these Terms. Cancellation alone does not request a refund or delete your account. Upgrades take effect immediately after you confirm the disclosed charges and entitlements. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Plan credit allowances refresh each billing cycle as described at checkout, and unused plan credits do not roll over. Trial credits are limited separately. If one-time credit packs are offered, their validity and usage conditions are shown at purchase. Do not assume that purchased credits last indefinitely or that plan cancellation changes a pack's stated validity.

We will give reasonable advance notice of changes to recurring prices or material paid entitlements, normally at least 30 days and longer where law requires. Changes apply prospectively, not to charges already agreed for the current period. You may cancel before a changed renewal takes effect.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy explains eligibility and requests. If you cancel and request a refund within seven days of an automatic renewal charge, including the first full-plan charge after a trial, and have not used credits from the new billing period, you are eligible for a refund of that renewal charge. We verify the payment, cancellation, and usage records.

Duplicate or incorrect charges and service failures will be investigated and corrected or refunded as appropriate. Outside the policy or applicable law, cancellation does not create a right to a partial-period refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where available. Payment-provider dispute rights remain available.

Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. EU or UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Immediate access alone does not waive it. For digital content, loss of that right requires the express consent, acknowledgment, and other conditions required by law. Services have different rules, including rules on full performance and proportionate charges. These Terms do not themselves obtain a waiver.

8. Your inputs and permission to process

You retain ownership of your prompts, scripts, product photos, footage, music, voice recordings, face images, and other submitted material ("inputs"). You must hold all rights and permissions necessary to upload them, use them commercially, and have them processed by us and relevant providers. Do not submit confidential or personal material you are not authorized to disclose.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display inputs and generated outputs as necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and support the service. This includes processing through third-party AI model providers. It is not a general license to sell your content or use it in our advertising. We do not use customer inputs or outputs to train our own models without consent.

Relevant third-party model terms may impose usage restrictions, which apply to the affected feature. Our promise about training our own models is not a statement that every third-party provider has identical processing or retention practices. Review relevant feature information and the Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive material.

9. Outputs and commercial use

As between you and us, you own generated outputs to the extent permitted by law and subject to applicable third-party model terms. Business and commercial advertising use are allowed within those limits and these Terms. We retain ownership of our software, interface, branding, templates, and other service materials; no ownership of those materials is transferred.

AI outputs may not be unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party rights. Other users may receive similar content. You must review every output before publishing, check permissions and advertising claims, and comply with applicable law and platform rules. We do not guarantee exclusivity, intellectual-property clearance, platform approval, sales, or campaign performance.

10. Avatars, voices, and truthful advertising

You may create a custom AI avatar only of yourself or a person who has given explicit written consent. Obtain equivalent permission for a custom voice or voice cloning, including the intended commercial use. Keep proof of consent and provide it on reasonable request. Stop using a likeness or voice if the required permission expires or is withdrawn.

Do not impersonate real people, celebrities, or public figures. Permission to use a likeness does not authorize deception. Do not present an AI avatar as a real customer or its synthetic statements as a real testimonial or personal product experience. Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides and applicable advertising rules, including Meta, TikTok, and Google policies and AI-content disclosure labels where required.

11. Prohibited conduct and fair use

The Fair Use Policy applies to inputs, outputs, workflows, integrations, and API or MCP use. In particular, you must not:

"Unlimited" features, including unlimited parallel jobs where offered, remain subject to fair use, reasonable concurrency, system capacity, and abuse controls. They do not authorize account sharing, resale, or unrestricted automated consumption. API access is subject to rate limits. We may queue or throttle requests fairly to protect availability.

12. Moderation, suspension, and termination

We use automated moderation of inputs and outputs and may conduct human review of flagged content, complaints, or suspected abuse. Moderation can make mistakes and is not approval of an output's legality. We may refuse a job, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account for violations, unlawful activity, security risks, or repeated nonpayment.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the action and allow you to respond; urgent safety or legal risks may require immediate action without advance notice. Send moderation appeals to [email protected]. We assess refunds separately rather than automatically forfeiting all prepaid amounts.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Cancel renewals as well; a deletion request for an active subscription will also be treated as a cancellation request. Export anything you need before access ends. If we permanently discontinue paid service without your breach, we will provide an appropriate refund for undelivered prepaid service. Data deletion and lawful retention follow the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers and liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, it is otherwise provided "as is" and "as available," without additional implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Network failures, model changes, and provider outages may affect delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not limit mandatory refunds, statutory digital-service remedies, or other non-waivable consumer rights. Where local law prohibits a limitation, it applies only to the lawful extent.

14. Business indemnity

If you use AdsRender AI for a business, to the extent permitted by law, that business will indemnify us against reasonable third-party claims, damages, and legal costs arising from its unlawful inputs or advertising, infringement of others' rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by our breach, negligence, or misconduct and does not impose an indemnity on consumers acting outside their trade or profession.

We will notify you promptly of a claim, reasonably cooperate, and allow reasonable control of the defense. No settlement may admit liability for us or impose non-monetary obligations on us without our consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

15. Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by email or a prominent service notice, normally at least 30 days before they take effect unless an urgent legal or security need requires a shorter period. Changes are not retroactive. If you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect; any additional rights required by law remain available.

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the service, except any separate written enterprise agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your agreement without our consent. We may transfer it in a merger, reorganization, or sale, with notice and without reducing your existing rights.

16. Governing law and contact

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, apply, subject to mandatory applicable law, including consumer protections in your country of residence. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you a right to bring a claim or be sued in another court. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. There is no mandatory arbitration requirement or waiver of payment-provider dispute rights.
