Fair Use Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

AdsRender AI is operated by PixelVibe Information Technology INC ("we"). This policy sets content and usage rules for a safe, reliable advertising-creation service and forms part of our Terms.

1. Where these rules apply

These rules cover prompts, scripts, uploaded images, video and audio, product photos, custom avatars and voices, generated outputs, the Content Library, AI Flows, API and MCP requests, and connected workflows. They apply to attempted generation as well as completed content. You remain responsible for reviewing ads before publishing; a successful generation or moderation pass is not legal approval.

Business use is allowed, but you must have the rights, permissions, and evidence needed for your campaign. You may not use another person or an integration to do something prohibited here.

2. Adult content and protection of minors

Adult or sexual content is not allowed. Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute pornography, sexualized nudity, sexual services, or other sexual material. This restriction applies even if the material is legal where you live or described as fictional.

Never depict minors, or people presented as minors, in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful contexts. Do not create grooming material, sexualized child imagery, or content facilitating harm to children. AdsRender AI accounts are for people aged 18 or older.

3. Likeness, voice, and consent

You may create a custom AI avatar only of yourself or a person who has given explicit written consent. Obtain equivalent permission before creating a custom voice or cloning a voice. Consent must cover the intended processing and commercial use. Keep proof and provide it on reasonable request; a public photo, social-media profile, or recording is not proof of consent.

Do not impersonate real people, celebrities, or public figures, or imply an endorsement that does not exist. Do not create non-consensual likenesses, deceptive face swaps, unauthorized voice clones, or humiliating synthetic depictions. Permission to use a likeness does not permit fraud or misleading claims. Stop future use if necessary consent is withdrawn or expires, and contact us about deletion.

4. Truthful ads and required disclosures

Do not present an AI avatar as a real customer or synthetic statements as a real testimonial. Do not fabricate personal product experiences, customer reviews, professional qualifications, endorsements, or before-and-after evidence. Label illustrative scenarios appropriately; a disclosure does not make an otherwise false claim acceptable.

Follow applicable advertising and consumer-protection law, the FTC Endorsement Guides, and the policies of the platforms where you publish, including Meta, TikTok, and Google. Use AI-content disclosure labels where required and make material sponsorship or commercial relationships clear. Substantiate objective claims before publishing; do not invent health benefits, financial returns, guaranteed outcomes, or misleading product characteristics.

Do not promote illegal products or services, facilitate scams, or evade restrictions on regulated goods. You are responsible for checking local requirements and platform rules for the product, audience, and destination of each campaign.

5. Harmful content and intellectual property

Do not create hate, discriminatory abuse, harassment, threats, glorification of harmful violence, or instructions facilitating serious harm. Do not use the service for harmful misinformation, election manipulation, voter suppression, fraudulent political messages, malware, phishing, spam, or other unlawful conduct.

Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights. Obtain permission for uploaded product images, music, footage, logos, trademarks, faces, and voices, including rights needed for commercial processing and publication. Do not assume that owning a product gives you rights to someone else's photos or that AI generation clears third-party rights. Report suspected infringement to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and your rights.

6. Fair access, automation, and unlimited features

"Unlimited" features, including unlimited parallel jobs on Pro where offered, do not promise infinite computing resources or unrestricted throughput. They remain subject to fair use, reasonable concurrency, available capacity, and abuse controls. We may queue jobs or apply proportionate temporary throttling to protect reliable access for everyone.

Trial eligibility and credit limits in the Trial Policy apply. Plan entitlements and billing information are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Fair-use controls are not permission to retroactively add undisclosed charges.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated moderation on inputs and outputs and may conduct human review of flagged material, complaints, and suspected abuse. We may request proof of rights or consent, refuse or remove content, throttle requests, suspend features, or terminate accounts. Serious or urgent violations may require immediate action; otherwise, we aim to explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Moderation can be mistaken. Email [email protected] with your account email, affected request reference, and explanation to report prohibited content or appeal a decision. Do not resend prohibited material unnecessarily. We review relevant context and may restore content or access when appropriate. Reporting someone does not guarantee removal, and a moderation pass does not transfer your publishing responsibilities to us.

We handle personal data under the Privacy Policy. Refund eligibility is assessed separately under the Refund Policy; enforcement does not automatically forfeit every prepaid amount or remove mandatory consumer rights.
