AdsRender AI is operated by PixelVibe Information Technology INC ("we"). This policy explains cancellation, refunds, billing corrections, and your options when a paid digital service is not delivered as agreed.
1. Scope and cancellation
This policy covers AdsRender AI trials, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs, if offered. Purchases are digital and delivered online, not shipped. A checkout that only records a plan selection without completing payment does not create a charge or a refund obligation.
Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the trial or paid period already purchased. If account controls are unavailable, email us. We honor a cancellation received before the renewal deadline even if our reply comes later. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions; you can request both in one email.
2. Trial fees and renewal refunds
Every plan starts with a $1 USD trial. The trial fee is non-refundable except where required by law or in case of an error, such as an incorrect or duplicate charge. Trial length and automatic renewal are explained in the Trial Policy and at checkout.
You are eligible for a refund of an automatic renewal charge if you cancel and request the refund within seven days of that charge and have not used any credits from the new billing period. This includes the first full-plan charge after a trial. We verify payment and usage records; simply having access does not disqualify an otherwise eligible unused-period request.
Outside this renewal window, we assess requests based on the purchase terms, access or credits delivered, usage, and any service failure. We do not normally provide partial-period refunds solely because you change your mind or stop using a working service. Unused plan credits expiring under the disclosed rules are not automatically refundable. Credit-pack validity is shown at purchase; delivery errors and mandatory rights still apply.
3. Incorrect charges and service failures
Report duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges, missing paid access, missing credits, or material service failures. We investigate and correct the charge, restore access or credits, re-perform the service, or provide an appropriate full or partial refund. We will not require you to accept replacement credits instead of a monetary refund where law entitles you to one.
A disappointing AI result alone is not necessarily a service failure, but we assess what was promised and actually delivered. Used credits do not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered service. Moderation and usage rules remain in the Fair Use Policy.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, payment date, amount and currency, reason, and order reference if available. Include relevant error messages or evidence, but never passwords, full card numbers, or security codes. Tell us if you also want to cancel renewal.
We aim to assess requests within five business days after receiving sufficient information. We explain the decision, approved amount, and expected processing date in writing. Approved refunds are normally initiated within five business days of approval and returned to the original payment method where available. Your bank or provider may take another five to ten business days to post the credit. Applicable legal deadlines take priority; contact us if a refund is delayed.
5. Mandatory rights and disputes
Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including remedies for faulty digital services. EU or UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Immediate access alone does not waive it: digital-content exceptions require express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights, and other legal conditions. Service contracts have different rules on full performance and proportionate charges. Neither this policy nor the trial fee automatically creates a waiver.
You retain payment-provider chargeback and dispute rights and may seek statutory remedies without first contacting us. We may provide relevant billing and delivery records during a dispute, but will not make you withdraw a dispute as a condition of reviewing a problem. See the Terms, Privacy Policy, and pricing page for related information.
